WVU Rifle South African Journey

The 19-time NCAA Championship WVU Rifle team will be heading to the Eagle Eye Shooting Center in Magaliesburg, South Africa for a week long training camp December 28 through January 8. While there the team members will have access to an excellent 50m outdoors training facility, allowing them to prepare for a busy spring semester.

Along with the outdoor 50m training at an excellent venue, the team will get to experience a very different culture and environment. They will get to experience a South African Game Drive that includes the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Buffalo), along with other outdoor actives such as zip lining and visiting an elephant sanctuary.

Your support to this trip will help provide an experience of a lifetime for the students, while also being an important training camp to prepare the team for the closing part of their season.
